III. Functional Features – Well Irrigation Controller

1. Tiered water pricing – Supports three levels and four steps for water pricing plus electricity pricing, enabling progressive pricing to meet agricultural water pricing reform requirements.

2. Flexible configuration – Allows independent settings for water-only/electricity-only/dual metering, single/dual control, unit price, and tiered water pricing to satisfy various metering and control needs.

3. Dedicated well-card binding – One well uses one dedicated card. The card balance is written into the controller upon first use; as long as there is sufficient balance, the controller remains powered.

4. Automatic billing – When the switch is closed, the controller powers up (if balance exists). Once the pump starts, the controller automatically calculates and deducts fees.

5. Lost card replacement – After reporting a lost card, the new card becomes the dedicated card upon first use, and the lost card is automatically invalidated.

6. Balance inquiry – When the controller is powered on, the LCD screen displays the remaining balance.

7. Comprehensive protections – Includes motor phase‑loss protection, overload protection, and short‑circuit protection.

8. Electricity-to-water conversion – Based on a preset water-electricity coefficient, the system calculates and displays water consumption from electricity usage, eliminating the need for a separate flow meter.

9. Comprehensive display – The LCD shows total water usage, total water cost, total electricity usage, total electricity cost, and water quota percentage.

10. Low‑balance alert – Configurable alert threshold helps users monitor usage and recharge in time without interrupting operation.

11. Smart identification – Automatically detects illegal or counterfeit cards to prevent management loopholes.

12. Anti‑theft protection – Detects electricity theft or water bypassing and automatically cuts off power (requires installation of an auxiliary Smart Power Synchronous Management Box).

13. Remote data transmission – Supports real‑time remote transmission of water usage data for individual users and water extraction data for wells (requires optional communication module).

14. Remote control – Supports local control and remote control via communication module; operation can be restricted through mobile client or PC terminal commands.

15. Remote parameter setting – Supports remote setting of water quotas, water prices, and other parameters (with optional communication module).

16. Robust enclosure – Sealed ABS casing, splash‑proof, dust‑proof, and insect‑proof for reliable outdoor use.

2. Standalone version – Operates without a computer; features Chinese character prompts on the LCD for easy operation.

3. High capacity – Manages up to 50,000 well irrigation controllers and up to 50,000 RF cards.

4. Fixed village code – The village code cannot be modified, preventing cross‑village recharge management confusion.

5. Fixed pulse constant – The pulse constant cannot be changed, avoiding metering inaccuracies caused by accidental modifications.

6. Recharge statistics – Provides total recharge amount statistics for transparent accounting, preventing fraudulent activities by administrative or operational personnel.

7. Two‑level access control – Clear permission settings for administrators and operators; operators have only usage rights.

8. Password recovery – Administrator password recovery feature ensures convenient access without disrupting operations, maximizing user‑friendliness.
